After earning a degree in Journalism from the University of Tennessee in 2014, Diana began her career at Charleston Magazine as an editorial assistant and blog manager, where she dove into food writing and all things hospitality. Drawn to the public relations side of the industry, she began working in a boutique hospitality agency setting before heading home to Music City to join its newly bustling culinary scene. After nine years in the industry, her proven track record includes securing impactful and targeted media placements, establishing beneficial strategic partnerships, and organizing and executing successful media campaigns. Passionate about the hospitality community and its people, Diana is the founder of Slow Food Middle Tennessee, as well as a member of the founding team of Tennessee Action for Hospitality. Diana Barton Public Relations was founded in March of 2021, when Diana realized the need for a more personal approach to public relations initiatives after a grueling time for the hospitality industry.

An official part of the DBPR team since the start of 2022, Sarah has over six years of experience within the food, beverage, and hospitality space. Born in southern Vermont, Sarah found solace in warmer climates; falling head over heels for the ubiquitous world of hospitality that transcends North to South. After studying Public Communications at the University of Vermont and time abroad in Italy, Sarah came to NYC, cutting her teeth in the public relations field working for lauded hospitality and lifestyle firms, where she collaborated and connected with clients all over the South and Northeast. Sarah is a creative at heart and finds joy in crafting verbiage for her clients to personify their true passions and skills, so that others can genuinely appreciate their story and talent. When she’s not spending time with Diana and Kori in Nashville, you can find Sarah trying out the best eats (and drinks) around NYC, keeping active, spending time in the great outdoors, or testing out the latest and greatest skincare product.

A native of Indiana and a graduate of Indiana University, Kori quickly developed a love for public relations after moving to New York City to work for Full Picture following a summer internship at the agency. Over the next two years, she honed her PR skills working for multiple leading fashion and lifestyle agencies in Manhattan. Ready for a change of pace and the excitement of a new city, Kori moved to Nashville in 2017 where she worked for The Callaway and Sprouthouse, collaborating with a range of beauty and fashion brands, restaurants, and hospitality clients. After freelancing for a couple years in the restaurant and hospitality realms while furthering her education, Kori officially joined DBPR in 2023. She enjoys helping bring client visions to life and sharing their passions with others, all while building genuine, long-lasting relationships.
